PathnSitu's denaturation and hybridization system is specially equipped with humid chambers where the uniform distribution of temperature and relative humidity is maintained throughout the hybridization process. The slide slots and removable slide divider was designed for ease of operation and aids in proper cleaning in case of any spillage. The lid temperature can be turned ON or OFF according to the end-user preference.\r\n Hermetic heating lid together with the heated water tank assures perfect experiment results with four operation mode-Denaturation/Hybridization,Hybridization,Custom programming and In-situ PCR.
