Cyclin- D1 -PRM132

Mantle Cell Lymphoma stain with anti CYCLIN-D1

Cyclin- D1 -PRM132

Cyclin D1 is one of the members of cell cycle proteins whose characteristic is that the level of the protein changes dramatically throughout the cell cycle. Cyclin D1 is expressed in all adult human tissues with the exception of cells derived from bone marrow stem cell lines (both lymphoid and myeloid). Cyclin D1 is an important regulator of cell cycle progression and can function as a transcriptional co-regulator. The overexpression of cyclin D1 has been linked to the development and progression of cancer. It is a good marker for the detection of breast cancer and is used to diagnose Mantle cell lymphoma.
